Integrations, team and billing

Connecting Google Search Console and Slack, inviting teammates and their roles, API keys, how plans and invoices work, refunds, and the languages the panel speaks.

Google Search Console

Search Console is the one integration every plan has, and the one worth connecting first. With it, actions are weighted by real search traffic rather than by page count, every page shows the queries it appears for with clicks, impressions and position, and eight more checks can fire: pages with many impressions and few clicks, ranking pages that are noindex, traffic orphans, clicks that dropped, positions that worsened, and URLs Google reports as not indexed.

Connect it from the site overview or site settings. Google asks for read-only access to Search Console, and the panel then lists the properties it can see and matches the site’s host to one of them. If the host has no matching property, the panel says so and lets you add one in Search Console or use another domain’s property on purpose.

A workspace can hold several Google accounts, and each site remembers which account its property came from. If Google returns a connection without Search Console access, connect again and leave the Search Console permission ticked.

Slack

From the Business plan, a site can post a short note to Slack after each completed reading: the score, the pages and issues counted, the top action and a link to the plan. Paste an incoming-webhook URL into the Slack card in site settings; leave it empty to switch it off.

Team

Invite a teammate by email from Settings, with a role: Member, Admin or Viewer. An invite waits until it is accepted and can be revoked before that. Seats are per plan: one on Solo and Studio, three on Business, ten on Agency. When every seat is taken, the panel says so and offers the next plan.

Everyone in the workspace sees the same sites, readings and plans. Email preferences are per person: what one teammate mutes stays muted for them alone.

API keys

On the Agency plan, Settings has API keys. A key is shown once, at creation, and is sent as a bearer token. Revoke it from the same screen when it is no longer needed.

Plans and billing

Plan and billing shows your subscription, invoices and usage. Payment is handled by Paddle, which is the merchant on your invoice, and a Manage subscription button opens its portal for cards, invoices and cancellation. Monthly and annual billing are both available, and the annual price is the lower of the two.

Usage meters count sites, readings, AI chat messages, AI drafted fixes and reports, and reset each billing period. When a meter is full, the panel says which and what the next plan changes. Removing a site keeps its slot in use until the end of the current cycle, which is stated on the sites list.

Refunds and cancelling

Every purchase and every renewal can be refunded in full within fourteen days, no reason required, through Paddle. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps the plan until the period ends. The full policy is on the refund page linked in the footer, and hello@silentstork.com answers anything it does not cover.

Readings are kept for as long as the plan’s retention says: thirty days on Solo, ninety on Studio, a year on Business, two years on Agency.

Languages and notifications

The panel, the public site and the issue catalogue are available in English, German, Spanish, French, Polish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Czech and Ukrainian. The choice is remembered per browser, and the AI chat answers in the language the panel is set to.

Under Settings, Notifications holds your own email switches: whether to be told when a reading is ready, once when all readings are ready, or when something breaks between readings.
