Terms of service.

Effective July 2026

01. The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and the operator of SilentStork: Michał Woźniak, trading as HEXGRID Michał Woźniak, ul. Bagienna 36C, 70-772 Szczecin, Poland, VAT ID (NIP): PL9552112428. By creating an account you accept them. We have tried to write them the way we write everything else: short and honest.

02. The service

SilentStork crawls websites you add, on demand, and produces readings, an action plan, reports, and an AI co-pilot. What each plan includes — pages per crawl, readings per month, history — is listed on the pricing page and enforced in the product.

03. Your account

Keep your credentials to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

04. Your sites

Only add sites you own or are authorised to audit. Our crawler identifies itself and crawls politely, but you remain responsible for having the right to point it at a site.

05. Acceptable use

Do not use SilentStork to attack, overload, or scrape sites you have no rights to, to resell raw crawl data, or to probe or disrupt the service itself. We may suspend accounts that do.

06. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, at the exact rates shown on the pricing page (around 20% off when billed annually). Prices are shown excluding tax; applicable VAT or sales tax may be added and is calculated at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), which acts as the reseller and Merchant of Record: Paddle handles the checkout, collects and remits VAT or sales tax, and issues your receipt or invoice. You can cancel any time from the Billing page or by writing to hello@silentstork.com — cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails we will nudge you before limiting the account.

07. Refunds

Any purchase can be refunded in full within 14 days of the charge, no reason required, in line with Paddle’s Buyer Terms and your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer. The details — including complaints about broken features — live in our refund policy at /refund-policy.

08. The free plan

The free plan is free for as long as you like — no card, no expiry. Paid plans simply add higher limits on top of it.

09. AI-generated advice

Readings, action items, and co-pilot answers are generated by AI from your crawl data. They are usually right and always well-intentioned, but they are advice, not guarantees — review changes before applying them to your site. We do not promise rankings, traffic, or revenue.

10. Your data

Your crawl data is yours. You give us the licence we need to store and process it to run the service — nothing more. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and who our sub-processors are.

11. Availability

We work hard to keep SilentStork up, but it is provided "as is", without a formal uptime guarantee. We announce planned maintenance and fix outages as fast as we can.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits or lost data on your own site.

13. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical. On termination, your data is deleted per the privacy policy.

14. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we will email account holders at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

15. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without limiting protections you have as a consumer in your own country. Questions, disputes, or anything else: hello@silentstork.com.
